Only Local Reviews provides customer follow-up, feedback, and review request messaging services for businesses. This page shows how customers may choose to opt in to receive SMS messages from Only Local Reviews.

Only Local Reviews may send customer follow-up, feedback, and review request text messages to customers who provide their mobile phone number and choose to opt in by checking the optional consent box below.

Messages may be sent after a real service, appointment, purchase, booking, or other customer interaction.

SMS consent is optional. Customers are not required to consent to SMS messages in order to use the service, complete a transaction, make a purchase, or receive assistance.
