These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Only Local Reviews ("we", "our", or "us"), including our website, software, messaging services, customer follow-up tools, feedback tools, review request tools, and related services.
Only Local Reviews provides software and messaging services that help businesses send customer follow-ups, feedback requests, and review requests to their existing customers after a real customer interaction, appointment, purchase, booking, or service.
By providing a mobile phone number and opting in, end users agree to receive text messages from Only Local Reviews related to customer experience follow-ups, service-related communication, feedback requests, and review requests.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
End users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact our SMS support team at support@onlylocalreviews.com.
Only Local Reviews may process opt-out requests, delivery status information, messaging activity, and related provider event data in order to operate the messaging service and maintain compliance records.
Customers may opt in through our website, application, or customer intake forms that include an unchecked consent checkbox. An example of our SMS consent language is available at: https://onlylocalreviews.com/sms-consent.asp .
Businesses using the platform must not upload, import, or message contacts who have not provided legally sufficient consent. Purchased lists, rented lists, scraped contacts, cold outreach, and unauthorized lead generation messaging are prohibited.
Our services may rely on third-party providers for messaging, hosting, analytics, billing, payment processing, review integrations, and other operational functions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability.
Only Local Reviews may help businesses request customer feedback or reviews. We do not guarantee that customers will leave reviews, that reviews will be positive, or that any third-party review platform will publish or retain a review. Businesses are responsible for complying with applicable third-party review platform rules.
Business users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
Some services may require payment or an active subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms may be provided separately during account setup, checkout, invoice, or subscription enrollment.
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation. Messaging delivery may depend on carriers, messaging providers, phone numbers, customer devices, and third-party systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Local Reviews will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or messaging delivery failures.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe a user or business has violated these Terms, applicable law, messaging rules, carrier requirements, or platform compliance requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
